Measures We Have Taken
- Engaged an independent, IAAP-certified (CPACC) accessibility professional to audit the website and published documents against WCAG 2.2 AA, GIGW 3.0 and IS 17802:2021
- Implemented a structured remediation programme covering colour contrast, keyboard navigation, screen-reader compatibility, semantic structure, form labelling, and document (PDF) accessibility
- Ensured text contrast meets or exceeds WCAG AA ratios and that all interactive elements have descriptive accessible names
- Provided tagged, titled PDF documents with alternative text for meaningful images
- Scheduled periodic accessibility re-testing to maintain compliance
Compatibility
This website is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack) and with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari, on desktop and mobile devices. The site supports keyboard-only navigation and remains usable at 200% browser zoom.
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may present accessibility challenges:
- Certain third-party components supplied with our website theme may contain minor ARIA implementation issues outside our direct control. We have reported these to the vendor and will apply fixes as they become available.
- Some older documents published before our remediation programme may not be fully accessible. If you encounter such a document, please contact us and we will provide the information in an accessible format.
